A little about me
I've always been someone who makes things - including, many years ago, a very wonky candle I made and gifted to my Nanna.
Later, after years of struggling with my skin, I started to looking more carefully at what I was using and began making skincare for myself. What started as a wonky candle and homemade skincare slowly became something I wanted to share what I was making with family and friends. Fern Dale began to grow.
Alongside Fern Dale, I work full time in a demanding role, so making gives me a completely different space to switch off, create and enjoy something that is entirely my own. It really is my happy place.
Everything at Fern Dale is still handcrafted by me, in small batches, from my home studio - and I hope I get to keep making for a long time.

I received Citrus Veil body butter as gift and love using it after a shower. I have very dry skin on my legs and this is super absorbent leaving my legs well moisturised with a lovely glow. It also smells devine. I highly recommend.

We love soap and bought this collection for Christmas. Very impressed - we're still using our first bar, Solara Bloom, and are finding it a really lovely soap to use - long lasting and moisturising. All the soaps look beautiful and we're looking forward to working our way through the rest of the collection.
