12 Days of Fern Dale Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Kathryn Barnes, trading as Fern Dale Rituals, 288 Ferndale Road, Swindon, SN2 1HL.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and immediate family members of the promoter.
3. The prize draw runs from 30 August 2026 to midnight on 1 November 2026.
4. To enter: place any order at ferndalerituals.co.uk during the entry period; or subscribe to the Fern Dale email newsletter during the entry period; or send your full name and email address by post to Fern Dale Rituals, 288 Ferndale Road, Swindon, SN2 1HL (one postal entry per person, per envelope).
5. Only one entry per person across all entry routes. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter. Subscribing to marketing emails constitutes consent to receive future marketing from Fern Dale Rituals. You may unsubscribe at any time.
7. The prize is one (1) x 12 Days of Fern Dale collection (2026 edition), worth approximately £79–£85. No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable.
8. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on or around 3 November 2026.
9. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
10. The prize will be dispatched to a UK address in mid-November 2026.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with notice given via the Fern Dale website.
12. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. Personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Fern Dale Rituals Privacy Policy.
